What is the Screen Actors Guild? The Screen Actors Guild is an American labor Union representing r 200,000 film and television principal performers and background performers worldwide. All actors and actresses need to become a part of the SAG in order for you to have some for of representation in the movie business. This organization is very helpful in fighting for your rights as an artist. If you are a new to the movie business then its in your best interest to become a part of this organization.
